Hotel Policies

Reservations
Reservations can be made by filling in the Reservation Request Form on this page, or by telephone (+351-232 857 010) or fax (+351-232 857 018). You will be answered within 24 hours. Reduced rates are available for groups or companies.

Guarantees
A deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Citizens outside the Euro countries may send us there credit card details instead.

The deposit requirements are:
1 night: full rate
2 or more nights: 50%
After receiving the deposit your reservation will be confirmed. The deposit will be deducted from your bill at the end of your stay.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 2 weeks before date of arrival, full refund of the amount already paid will be made.
If cancelled between 1 and 14 days prior to your arrival, the amount already paid, can be used as a deposit for another period (except for local holiday periods and July and August ), valid for 1 year.
If cancelled 24 hours prior to your arrival, or in case of no show, there will be no refund of the amount already paid.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in: between 14.00h and 23.00h*
Check-out: between 07.00h* and 12.00h
*: We charge an additional fee of 20 € for check-in / check-out between 00.00h and 07.00h. Please inform us in advance if you have to check-in / check-out between 23.00h and 07.00h.

Parking
We have private parking facilities, without additional costs.

Pets
We regret that pets are not allowed in the hotel and the apartments. However, nearby we have an "Agro-Tourism" with rural cottages and apartments at the side of the river Dão, where pets are welcome.
